Bandai Namco revealed a brand-new Hunter x Hunter action RPG for smartphones called Hunter x Hunter: Greed Adventure, and its setting is “Greed Island 2” after the events of the original Greed Island Arc.
Greed Island 2 is basically a new Greed Island that was remade by Hunters. In the game you’ll see familiar faces as well as new characters in the remade Greed Island, set after Gon and the others cleared the game with an adventure part that tells its original story in Greed Island 2, but you’ll also get to check out the original Greed Island story as well.
Similar to the way the original Greed Island worked, you’ll use cards in battle that bring out the characters shown on the card. There are also Skill Cards you can use for various skills ranging from attacks to heals.
Hunter x Hunter: Greed Adventure launches for iOS and Android in Japan in 2018.
