Hanayama announced another set of Huzzle crossover metal puzzles that are tied to the One Piece manga and anime series that features challenges connected to a Gum-Gum Fruit, Monkey D Luffy’s Straw Hat, and Eustass Kid’s Damned Punk railgun. All three will launch in Japan on October 31, 2026. They will cost 3,630 yen (~$23) each. Since the Huzzle The Legend of Zelda puzzles of things like the Master Sword and Hyrule Crest appeared worldwide on the Bepuzzled Amazon storefront and these boxes also feature English translations, we should see these appear worldwide after the Japanese debut.

Each of the three Huzzle One Piece metal puzzles is a different difficulty and is inspired by an event in the series, with the Gum-Gum Fruit one being easiest and Damned Punk most difficult. The Gum-Gum Fruit one involves trying to put the piece Luffy took a bite of back into it. That’s a Level 3 Normal challenge. The Straw Hat involves getting Buggy the Star Clown’s hand out of the hat. That’s a Level 5 Expert difficulty puzzle. Finally, the Damned Punk gun is intended to be disassembled and falls into the Level 6 Grand Master category.

Here’s how all three of these puzzles will look. In some cases, the Hanayama site showed what the “solved” versions look like.

This is the second series of themed Huzzle puzzles to appear. As mentioned earlier, an assortment of The Legend of Zelda-themed ones appeared worldwide. Some older variants even included the Royal Crest and Triforce.

The Huzzle One Piece metal puzzles of the Gum-Gum Fruit, Straw Hat, and Damned Punk gun will launch in Japan on October 31, 2026. You can find the One Piece anime on services like Crunchyroll and Netflix, the manga via Viz Media, the live-action adaptation on Netflix, and the Lego animated special on Netflix.
