Hyakki Castle, the first-person dungeon-crawler with turn-based battles, has a launch date. The RPG will filled with Japanese Yokai will come to Steam on November 15, 2017. Players will be tasked with taking their four person party and heading into this 18th century castle in Edo to deal with the otherworldly creatures within.
As noted before, Hyakki Castle is unique in that the player can split the party into a two different groups as they explore. This allows you to cover more of the castle or send a second group to to the side so you can deal with an enemy from two different angles. This means you can have one group of four, two groups with each group having two people, or two groups where one group consists of a single person and the other contains the other three. The Steam page also confirms the game will have achievements and be playable in English, German, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Spanish with Japanese audio.
Asakusa Studios and Happinet announced Hyakki Castle for Windows PCs back in September 2017.
