I Think This Is An Xbox Indies Homage To Panzer Dragoon

Recommended Videos

Remember the good old Saturn days when games gave you a dragon to ride and enemies scrolled towards the screen? While Sega discontinued making Panzer Dragoon games after the Xbox exclusive Panzer Dragoon Orta, a Japanese indie developer has a game that appears inspired by it.

It’s called Leucistic Wyvern.

It has players control a drago wyvern and spit orbs through nine stages (6 of those are bonus stages). The kid of shot you get (small, large, three way, or four way) depends on how many powerups you get. Developer Mukago Software is selling the game for just 80 Microsoft Points ($1). Like all Xbox Indies games there is a timed demo of Leucistic Wyvern available now.
