This brawler controls electricity, likes to jump on opponents after pile driving them into the ground, and appears to be quite well read. Perhaps, he’s reading one of Nikola Tesla’s autobiography?

Concept art below gives us a clearer look at Nikolai’s electric arms. We’ll see those in action and the return of Jack from Madworld this fall when Anarchy Reigns arrives on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
