Luminous Arc developer Imageepoch self-published three RPGs for PSP, but only Black Rock Shooter made it overseas. Cheaper than importing, but that doesn’t beat the price of Tale of the Last Promise on Amazon. A copy of the game without the Black Rock Shooter preview disc is just 230 yen ($2) on Amazon Japan.
