Injustice 2 Speedily Introduces Cheetah

Cheetah was already revealed as an Injustice 2 competitor back in February 2017, appearing in a trailer alongside Black Canary, Catwoman, and Poison Ivy, but now she’s getting a moment all to herself. In the most recent video, we’re able to see an array of Cheetah’s moves as she fights against foes like Wonder Woman, Robin, and Deadshot.

At the 40-second mark, during a fight against Robin in the Batcave, there’s an interesting stage interaction element. After Cheetah really lays into him, he’s flung against the wall. It’s then that the Batwing gets starts up, hits robin, and flies him to another part of the stage. At the 56-second mark, Cheetah hits Wonder Woman into an elephant display in what appears to be a museum. In addition to seeing her special attacks and finisher, we get an idea of how characters can interact with stages during a fight.

Injustice 2 will come to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on May 16, 2017.
