Another The Idolmaster: Stella Stage trailer has made its debut, reminding people who the idols they will be working with in the game are. This time, the focus is on Iori Minase. She’s one of the most recognizable characters in the series.

Iori is a The Idolmaster veteran. She has been around since the very first game. She also is no stranger to being in the limelight, as she is the daughter of a rich businessman who happens to know the head of 765 Productions. (Hurray for nepotism!) She seems very sweet, until you get to know her. Then, she can be blunt and a bit bratty. Until you get to know her even better, at which point she becomes sweet again.

The song she sings in this The Idolmaster: Stella Stage trailer is one she has a history with. “Smoky Thrill” first appeared in The Idolmaster 2 as the official song of the group Ryuuguu Komachi. This was a 765 Productions unit that consisted of Iori, Ami Futami, Azusa Miura, and Ritsuko Akizuki. This meant you could not use the characters in your unit in the game, as all four of them were essentially your rivals in the game.
