Is Hooters In The U.S. Version Of Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D?

Konami revealed a few collaborative items in Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D like a magazine with Hooters girls on the cover. Snake can use this item to distract enemy soldiers who go gaga over the girls. Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D also has Famitsu, Newtype, and Gemaga magazines with Metal Gear references on all of the covers.

I haven’t played the North American version of Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D, so are these magazines in the game or are these collaborations only for the Japanese release. Yoshi in the the North American release and Mario’s prehistoric pal replaces the hidden Kerotans.
