The Namco Generations label started out with revivals of Pac-Man and Galaga. Aero-Cross, a reimagining of the obstacle jumping arcade game Metro-Cross was announced next, and then there was Dancing Eyes. This game is reminiscent of Qix since you draw lines to cut out squares, but in Dancing Eyes each cutout is a piece of clothing on a dancing idol.

All of the other Namco Generations games have been announced for a worldwide release, but when it was announced Dancing Eyes was just for Japan. Maybe Namco Bandai had a change of heart… and platform.
GEM Impact, an audio (and healthcare supplies) company that made music for Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and Bayonetta, says they worked on Dancing Eyes. Their projects page lists Go Vacation from Namco Bandai and Dancing Eyes as two titles they worked on. Specifically for Dancing Eyes, GEM Impact notes its a worldwide game and they recorded voiceovers in multiple languages.
Perhaps, most interesting is they claim Dancing Eyes is for Xbox. When Namco Bandai announced Dancing Eyes it was a PlayStation 3 exclusive with Move support. We haven’t heard about Dancing Eyes since it was unveiled in June. Could it be a Kinect game now?
Update: A representative from Namco Bandai tells Siliconera there are no plans to release Dancing Eyes in North America.
