Right now the site doesn’t go anywhere, but it was registered to Square Enix Japan unlike say hitmanabsolution.com which is tied to Square Enix Europe. Perhaps, this is an upcoming game from Square Enix’s Japan division? One remote possibility is a localization of Monster X Dragon a long running and quite successful browser based game with a few guest monsters from the Final Fantasy series.
