Is Sony Teasing A 3D Badman Game?

Sony opened a teaser site with the title :3D (temporary title). The site looks blank, but if you keep clicking on the 3D button it reveals the site will open on September 17.

Unlike other teaser sites, Sony dropped a ton of hints about what this is related to. If you click on the 3D a pop-up window appears pointing to Weblio’s entry for “demon king” and a link to reviews for La Gajigaji. The star of Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman is a demon lord and the bugs, called Omnoms in the Western release, are named Gajigajimushi in the Japanese version.

If those aren’t enough clues a sound effect from Badman, specifically the one that plays when a hero dies, plays when you click on the 3D icon.

This site is definitely related to Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman.

So far two Badman games have been released for the PSP and announced around Tokyo Game Show. Perhaps, this is the third entry in the Badman series and the :3D suggests this one may be in 3D.
