Although you cannot fly while wearing it, Super Mario 3D Land brings back the Tanooki suit. New for Super Mario 3D Land and inspired by the Boomerang Bros. from Super Mario Bros. 3 is Boomerang Mario.

This suit gives Mario a koopa shell and a blue boomerang that can hit enemies twice, if Mario stands in the right place. Curious to see how this tool will work in the Legend of Zelda inspired stage Shigeru Miyamoto revealed at E3.

 

 

Super Mario 3D Land comes out on November 13 in North America.
