According to their product page, Ninja Studio is working on a yet to be announced Nintendo DS game. Well, maybe two games if you count the localized version of Windy x Windam.
Originally a mobile phone game company, Ninja Studio started making Nintendo DS games in 2007. Izuna was their first. This unannounced Nintendo DS game will be their sixth.
