The Last Story isn’t another name for Last Window. Nintendo has it listed as a Wii game underneath Metroid: Other M which is slated for summer 2010 in Japan.

If you haven’t been keeping up with the news, The Last Story was first discovered as a trademark, which Nintendo registered in Japan, Europe, and finally North America. Nintendo’s skeleton release calendar notes The Last Story is an upcoming Nintendo published Wii game scheduled for this year.

Xenoblade is another new name on Nintendo’s list. However, it appears Xenoblade is the Japanese name name for Monado: Beginning of the World. The Japanese release schedule notes Xenoblade is coming to North America this year, but doesn’t list Monolith Soft’s RPG, Monado: Beginning of the World. The English calendar has Xenoblade for Japan and Monado for North America.

Sin & Punishment 2 and the Nintendo DSi XL still don’t have firm release dates for North America. The list states both products are scheduled for Q1 2010. Picross 3D has a more vague TBA timeline.

Metroid: Other M, Super Mario Galaxy 2, and Golden Sun DS are also slated for release in North America this year.
