Aside from the outer pattern and charm resembling Jolyne’s motifs, the soles actually have her and her Stand, Stone Free on them. Converse’s trademark ankle star also uses the design of Jolyne’s star mark. In terms of the actual feel of the shoes, they have React insoles, which are more cushiony than normal ones.

This is not the first time that Converse has collaborated with JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. For example, there are shoes for Kira and Rohan from Diamond is Unbreakable, as well as a pair of Jotaro Converse from Stardust Crusaders. Like the Stone Ocean ones, these shoes are not available for international shipping from Premium Bandai.

Stone Ocean is the sixth part of the long-running JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure series. It follows the story of Jolyne Cujoh, daughter of part 3 protagonist Jotaro Kujo, after she is found guilty of a crime she didn’t commit. She then has to survive in a prison while enemy Stand users target her. It is available on Netflix.

The JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean Converse shoes are open for pre-order on Premium Bandai until February 20, 2022. They have a release window of March 2023.
