Subarado has found more ways for me to spend my money. I already have some of their Super Mario sound toys on my desk. Just out today are a new set of mock Nintendo DS set with the backdrop of Yoshi’s Island. The hook is they are actually games, where you press the faux D-pad to shoot a blast of air and move the rings into place. There are three of them in a set and the one you get is random. Price: 315 yen ($2.75).
Then later this month they are going to shill holographic Super Paper Mario cards. Clever since collecting cards had a point in the game. Each package also contains a mushroom gummy for 105 yen ($0.90). I got to get that Count Bleck card!
See pictures of the twenty cards in the set past the break.
