Kamen Rider Atsume functions similarly to Neko Atsume and Spoon Pets Collector. Players put Hearts of Justice in an environment, as well as items like benches, fountains, and other pieces of furniture. Kamen Riders and villains like Kamen Rider Super-1, Kamen Rider X, Kamen Rider Agito, Riderman, Apollo Geist, Garagaranda, Spider Man, and Deathgaron, as well as NPCs, will appear. You can take pictures of the characters and learn more about them.

Kamen Rider Atsume is available on the Nintendo 3DS, Apple iOS, and Android in Japan. A localization has yet to be announced.
