With Kamen Rider: Memory of Heroez, Bandai Namco wants to focus more on its gameplay than ever using the new “Hero Chain Action” system that involves form-changing action. The new approach focuses on cool and stylish gameplay with attacks while continuously changing Rider forms.

The new Chain Action system revolves around a combination of the L button, left stick, and the right-side face buttons. Using these combinations of buttons, you’ll choose what forms and attacks to perform at that very moment. The system allows players to combine various combos and use attacks based on the current battle situation.

There’s also new “Gadget Action,” that will allow the three leading Riders of the game to use their tools and gadgets in the story. For example, Double can use his Denden Sensor to find hidden items and keywords. The OOO Candroids will also be available to use. Since the game structure is mission-based, players will get to swap between the three Riders at any time.

Kamen Rider: Memory of Heroez will release in Japan and Asia for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on October 29, 2020. You can check out an early gameplay video here.
