Katamari Damacy Creator Rolls Onto Greener Pastures With Uvula

imageKeita Takahashi, the creator of Katamari Damacy, left Namco Bandai and is spearheading a studio called uvula with his wife, a composer.

The official site says uvula will mainly work with music and video games. Maybe not this second, though. Right now, Takahashi is designing a playground and studying English.

Noby Noby Boy for iPhone was Takahashi’s last game. The Katamari Damacy series lives on without Takahashi as a property of Namco Bandai.
