Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 released the other day worldwide and a couple weeks ago in Japan, and Square Enix has provided a new patch for Kingdom Hearts 02: Birth by Sleep –A Fragmentary Passage-.
Square Enix provides us with the patch notes on what the version 1.02 patch adds:

- Reflect (guard) response adjusted
- Cartwheel (evasion) response adjusted
- Barrier Cracker (counter) cancelling timing adjusted
- MP consumption adjusted
UI
- Camera speed adjusted
- Shortcut button response adjusted
- Magic command display adjusted
System
- Proud Mode adjusted (lowered damage taken from enemies)
- Critical Mode adjusted (increased damage dealt to enemies)
Enemies
- Enemy AI and parameters adjusted
