Square Enix revealed a face pillow modeled after the Heartless Shadow from the Kingdom Hearts series. The item will be available in Japan on October 9, 2021, and North America in January 2022.
The pillow will feature the face of Shadow, the Heartless fought commonly in the Kingdom Hearts games. It will have an approximate size of 555mm (21.85″) in length, 620mm (24.41″) in width, and 180m (7.09″) in thickness.
Square Enix will release the pillow first in Japan on October 9, 2021. People residing in North America can also order the item on Square Enix Store. It is available with a price tag of $49.99.
Many other Kingdom Hearts merchandises will also be available. Other than the above pillow, Square Enix is also accepting pre-orders for laundry bags modeled after Shadow, Chirithy, and Meow Wow. Other companies are also preparing items related to the series, such as Good Smile Company with Nendoroids of Aqua and Kairi, and Medicom Toy with a statue of King Mickey priced at over $500.
The latest mainline title, Kingdom Hearts III, is immediately available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Epic Games Store. Square Enix has also released Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory, a rhythm game based on the series for the Nintendo Switch and the aforementioned platforms.
