In Genshin Impact, Kirara is a fairly useful four-star Dendro swordswoman who can serve as either a shielder or as a sub-DPS while on the field. You’ll be able to get Evergloom Rings from the Iniquitous Baptist in Sumeru’s Gavireh Lajavard. All of the other Ascension Materials are in Inazuma, since Kirara hails from there. You can find Amakumo Fruits growing in clumps around Seirai Island. So you’ll be able to get quite a bit fairly quickly with one trip around the island. Specters are common in Inazuma and Enkanomiya. They’re also floating around Sumeru. Specters are also an enemy that appear in certain Ley Lines in Inazuma, so you can also use that to your advantage if you’ve finished emptying your world of them.

As for her Talents, Kirara takes Transience. You can get Transience Talent Books every Monday, Thursday, and Sunday from the Violet Court Domain in Inazuma. She’ll also need Everamber, which you can obtain from The Realm of Beginnings. You can unlock this Weekly Boss through Nahida’s second Story Quest.
