Kirby: Star Allies Hints At ‘Another Dimension’ From Kirby’s Return to Dream Land

Following two mysterious tweets over the past few days about opening a hole through time and space, the Kirby series Twitter account has posted a third mysterious message about a book.

Here’s the message:

“Bonjam.

This was something written in a certain book that still hasn’t been completely deciphered, but perhaps the vessel of our Lord may have come through a certain passage from a different world…

That space surrounding the passage was once called this:

‘Another Dimension’.”

For those unfamiliar with the Kirby games, Another Dimension is the name of the final level of Kirby’s Return to Dream Land, where Kirby, King Dedede, Meta Knight, and Waddle Dee have to fight Magolor and his ship, the Lor Starcutter. The Tweet seemingly confirms that Magalor will most likely have something to do with the update, whether as a Dream Friend or something more.

This would confirm what was previously datamined from an update regarding who is set to join as well.

One interesting thing to note is that a mysterious book is meant to have contained this information. In Kirby’s Return to Dream Land, cutscenes were stylized to have taken place inside a storybook, which could be related as well.

Kirby: Star Allies is available for the Nintendo Switch. The second large update launched back on July 27, 2018.
