Hideo Kojima’s Kojima Productions is raising money for charities to help Australia in the wake of the 2019 bushfires. The official storefront is now selling a PlayStation Network avatar and t-shirt to raise money for eligible causes. Profits will go to The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, which is helping the country’s wildlife after the disaster.
We here at Kojima Productions wanted to help Australia recover from the bushfires that began at the end of last year. For eligible products, proceeds will be donated to The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA), Australian branch.https://t.co/ZUImJZX3lH pic.twitter.com/mKrDifhC4C

The two items offer inexpensive and slightly more costly options for people who want to assist in Kojima Productions’ efforts. The avatar could cost as little as $1, though people have the option of paying up to $50 for it. It is only available until February 29, 2020, and buying gets people a code that can be used until March 31, 2020 at the PlayStation Store.
The Kojima Productions Connect for Australia shirt is $25. It is available in small through XXL unisex sizes. Unlike the avatar, it doesn’t have any expiration dates tied to it.
Kojima Productions’ most recent game is Death Stranding, which is immediately available on the PlayStation 4 and will appear on PCs in Summer 2020.
