Kojima’s Countdown Reveals… Another Countdown And Some Letters

imageYou were expecting to hear a game announcement today? Sorry! The teaser site is for another countdown clock scheduled to expire in 200 hours.

 

Watch the rain carefully and you can see different letters/numbers. Using the magic of a flash decompiler here’s what we have:

I put the E, 3, and 5 in order since that makes sense, but there are two kinds of Es, an upper case one and a lower case one. Perhaps, the message is, “kj4kjkjkj4hj3kj2“

 

Konami will hold an E3 press conference on Monday, June 3rd at 3 PM. Ahh, more 3s. That fits with the limited alphanumeric characters. Maybe the message is, “kj4kjkjkj4hj3kj2 @ kj2 kj2” or something. A leak from 7 Eleven says the next issue of Famitsu will reveal a new Metal Gear game so we may not have to wait that long after all.
