Konami Bringing DSi Exclusive Monster Finder Stateside?

Tokyo based developer Alphaunit is working on Monster Finder, a Nintendo DSi exclusive that uses the system’s cameras to create monsters. Since Alphaunit is a small studio they don’t have a US office, but their games are coming to North America… care of Konami.

Gamefly has a listing for Monster Finder and identify Konami as the publisher. It also looks like the Konami / Alphaunit partnership extends beyond that one title. Gamefly also has Batting Cage Revolution, which sounds like a localized version of Alphaunit’s Wii game Batting Revolution, in their database.

Both games, according to Gamefly, are slated to come out in January 2010.
