MAGES. announced a new KonoSuba adventure game for PS4 and Switch called KonoSuba: Love for this Desire’s Attire. The game will release in Japan on September 24, 2020 with a first-print bonus shooting game DLC. The game is a follow-up title to the KonoSuba: Labyrinth of Hope and the Gathering Adventurers which released for the PS4 and PS Vita in Japan in June 2019. The first game is also getting an updated ‘Plus‘ version for PS4 and Switch, but this one is a new adventure. The genre is a “make-her-wear-all-kinds-of-clothes adventure game” or something along those lines. Here’s a bit on the story:
Story
Darkness as queen, Megumin as a lolita, and Aqua transformed into a tidy woman?! Get ready for the dress-up party trial from the other world! 
While out on a quest, Kazuma and friends find a black stone tablet that has the ability to create clothes of any kind. However, this would be the start of everyday troubles. The royal prosecutor Sena falsely accuses the group of theft and gets them banished from the kingdom. To make matters worse, they discover that this stone tablet has a “curse that makes exact opposites of one’s desires”. 
With that said, the super masochist Darkness turns into a cruel and cool-headed queen. 
Megumin becomes the founder of a lolita alliance and thinks that lolis are supreme above all else. 
As for Aqua, she becomes a neat and tidy woman, as expected of an actual goddess. In order to lift the curse, Kazuma must make outfits that fulfill their desires and then make them put them on. Will Kazuma retrieve the girls’ broken identities? The game features other party members including Wiz, Yunyun, Chris, Sena, and Vanir. It is also fully-voiced, and we’ll get to check out the heroines in various costumes.
Gameplay
On days off you can hang out at the residence, go to town, communicate with party members or folks in the town of Axel. 
The game will be available for 7,800 yen for the standard edition. A limited edition version that comes with an SD figure and more for 18,000 yen. All first-print copies will include a download code for a bonus shooting game DLC. We’ll get a closer look at that on a later date. KonoSuba: Love for this Desire’s Attire will release for the PS4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan on September 24, 2020. The other KonoSuba game that was recently announced, KonoSuba: Labyrinth of Hope and the Gathering Adventurers Plus, still doesn’t have a release date.
