NIS America just set a timeline for Last Rebellion, a PlayStation 3 RPG from the makers of A Witch’s Tale. It’s on target to hit North America next February. That’s not too far apart from the game’s debut in Japan, January 28, 2010.

Last Rebellion seems to have changed from when it was first announced. The highlight, back in May, was a tactical combat system where you can target limbs and Nine was advertised as an anti-hero. Seems like the turn based action battle system was dropped all together, in favor of making Last Rebellion an action a console RPG. Better read the newly opened official site for all details.

Update; As Nick points out, it’s the other way around. Last Rebellion was originally an action RPG and now it’s a traditional console RPG. Sorry, for the mixup, everyone.
