Lego City Undercover Wii U and 3DS Games Delisted

Two Lego City Undercover games are now no longer available digitally. The original Lego City Undercover Wii U game, which was a launch title for the system, and the 3DS prequel Lego City Undercover: the Chase Begins have been pulled. In their place, Nintendo offered a note saying that both are gone, but the Switch port will remain in the eShop. [Thanks, Delisted Games!]

Both Lego City Undercover and its 3DS prequel appeared back in 2013. Each one is an action game where players follow a Lego City police officer named Chase McCain in a comedic adventure. The prequel set the stage by looking at Chase when he first started as an officer and began a rivalry with major villain Rex Fury. Then, Lego City Undercover shows Chase returning to the city to deal with Rex, who recently broke out of prison.

Both games were released both digitally and physically. GameStop no longer has listings for either game. The 3DS version tends to go for around $40 on Amazon, while the Wii U version is around $20.

Lego City Undercover is immediately available for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 digitally and physically worldwide. It first appeared on the Nintendo Wii U. Lego City Undercover: The Chase Begins is available physically on the Nintendo 3DS.
