While you don’t play as a hostess, the premise of Girls RPG: Cinderella Life is quite similar. You’re an employee at Neosienne, a listening ear for the elite clientele -  idols, politicians, celebrities, and CEOs. Think of the job as one part hospitality and one part amateur therapist. When it’s time to serve food players pull a food slot. Stop the machine at the right time and you can sell expensive entrees.

Ichika, the protagonist’s classmate, is senior staff at Neosienne and gives you advice. The main character, which you get to create, comes from a rural village. When you’re not working you can explore Neo-Ginza. Level-5 populated the town with shops that sell fashion items and all sorts of restaurants. Enjoying life in the big city, which apparently means talking to locals and visiting Western style cafes, is half of the game.

Girls RPG: Cinderella Life is slated for release this year on Nintendo 3DS. We’re curious if all of the previously announced cameos like Lupin the Third and Shinichi Chiaki from Nodame Cantabile are still in the game.
