Xseed Games is bringing its first otome game to another platform. A London Detective Mysteria PC port has been revealed. It will arrive on the platform in Summer 2019.
Some different versions of London Detective Mysteria have been revealed. GOG, Humble, and Steam will sell the game alone for $29.99/€29.99/£24.99. As a reminder, $29.99 is the standard price for the PlayStation Vita version of the game. Should people want some extras, a $39.99/€39.99/£34.99 deluxe edition will include the game, its digital art book, and a digital copy of the soundtrack.
In London Detective Mysteria, players follow Emily Whiteley. She’s a young woman who was left orphaned by a tragedy in her youth. After helping the queen find a missing cat, she’s given an opportunity to attend a special high school for future investigators. Once there, you can pursue follow routes that could get you endings with Akechi Kenichiro, Herlock Holmes Jr., William Watson Jr., Jack Millers, Jean Lupin Jr., Seiji Kobayashi, and Sara Marple. (As you can probably tell from the names, many of these characters are related to famous investigators like Sherlock Holmes or Miss Marple.) As an aside, you have to unlock the routes for Lupin and Jack, so keep that in mind when you play.
London Detective Mysteria originally appeared on the PlayStation Portable in Japan. It is immediately available on the PlayStation Vita. Orders for physical copies of the PlayStation Vita version will be sold by Limited Run Games starting on May 31, 2019.
