By Square Enix Japan is stepping into the MOBA genre with Lord of Vermilion Arena. Players join 7 vs. 7 battles and each player isn’t alone. You have monsters that fight alongside you depending on which cards you bring into battle. That’s a holdover from the arcade game series where you collect cards and build a monster deck.
Lord of Vermilion Arena is slated for release in 2015 on PC. As of now, the game has only been announced for Japan.
