Tiny Toons: Defenders of the Universe was supposedly based off Rakugaki Showtime, a Japan-only PsOne game published by Enix. From a series of gameplay videos the leaked Tiny Toons: Defenders of the Universe looks fairly finished. The game even has voice acting! It’s not like publisher Conspiracy Entertainment would have had a problem releasing Tiny Toons: Defenders of the Universe in this state. This is the same company that published “quality” games Ninjabread Man and Action Girlz Racing. Perhaps retailers weren’t interested in stocking the game or the license expired. Whatever the case is Tiny Toons: Defenders of the Universe was canceled, but not completely lost.
