While Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals is a traditional RPG, Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals is an action RPG. You still get to control six characters – Maxim, Selan, Tia, Guy, Artea, and Dekar – by swapping them on the fly, even in mid-combo.
