Lydia Follows A Child’s Horrifying View Of Substance Abuse

Lydia follows a very young girl as she deals with her parents’ substance abuse, with the adults in her life taking on monstrous proportions as she explores a bleak, threatening world.

Lydia, luckily, has an ally in her teddy, a stuffed bear she has never been without. This bear, able to move and talk on its own, will accompany her into a world of monsters as she seeks out the creature that she has always believed lived in her closet.

Lydia is a story-driven adventure, one focused on a child’s view of substance abuse, showing its effects on the girl through dark, unsettling visuals and representations of her fears surrounding her parents’ behavior and friends. Not that she can avoid these creatures, as she’ll have to talk to many of them in order to find the monster she’s looking for and prove it’s real.
