Magical Teleporter Lets Players Transfer Items Between DS RPG Games

Metal Max 3 takes place after Metal Max 2, but we’ll ignore that fact for a moment because Kadokawa Games created a neat feature that connects the two Nintendo DS titles.

Players can find a Tachyon Teleporter in Metal Max 2 Reloaded. This machine lets players transfer gear from Metal Max 3 save data into Metal Max 2 Reloaded through download play. To keep the game balanced, you won’t be able to use the Tachyon Teleporter right away. You need to find tachyon matter to activate it first.

Metal Max 2 Reloaded is a remake of Data East’s Super Famicom RPG with new wanted monsters to hunt that uses Metal Max 3 as a base. Metal Max 2 Reloaded is slated for release on December 8 in Japan.
