Make Buddies With Nintendo Execs In Friend Collection

tomo Nintendo has a handful of DS games they brought to Japan’s press event too and the strangest looking one is Tomodachi Collection literally translated as Friend Connection. There aren’t any concreted details about the game. All we know is Nintendo President, Satoru Iwata’s Mii, is in the game along with Reggie Fils-Aime and a singing Shigeru Miyamoto. Tomodachi Collection is scheduled to come out in Japan sometime in 2009.

Other games first party games set for 2009 include Mario & Luigi RPG 3, Solid Object Picross, and DS Fortune Telling Life were shown in a video montage. Here is a look at some of them in screenshots.

Coming this year in Japan Aruite Wakaru Seikatsu Rhythm (loosely Understand Walking Life Rhythm), a Nintendo DS game that links with the Nintendo pedometer.
