Making Of The Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within Maxim Model Shoot

Ten years have passed since Square released Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within. Before the movie appeared in theaters Square aggressively promoted it, usually with pictures of the lead "actress" Dr. Aki Ross.

One render was made for Maxim’s Hot 100 and since it’s Maxim artists dressed Aki in a bikini. An CG artist who worked at Square Pictures at that time shared the mesh of the model.

A similar image was made for Gray Edwards, the male lead in Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within and one of the Deep Eyes soldiers.
