It’s the first day of school in a new town for Mars, but unfortunately, the world will end when the day’s over. Even worse, the kid will have to relive that single apocalyptic day, over and over again, until players can find out which actions will close the time loop in Mars Underground.
Players have free reign of the city during that single day, and are able to talk to anyone they like or do whatever they feel. These actions carry little permanent consequence as no one will remember what you do the next day, leaving players able to start fights, get hit by a car, hit on girls, or shove poo into their pockets in the game’s lighthearted world.
Through trying out all possible actions and talking to everyone in this goofy place, players will eventually be able to find out the townsfolk’s secrets and discover the series of actions that will break them out of the time loop.
