Marvel vs. Capcom 2 Crosses Onto Xbox Live On July 29

While this is just a port of Marvel vs. Capcom 2 the digital re-release includes smoothing filters, removes character unlocking, and has online play. Marvel vs. Capcom 2 costs 1,200 Microsoft Points ($15) on the Xbox 360.

No news about the PlayStation 3 version, but Capcom has a history of releasing multiplatform downloadable games on the same week. July 30th then?

Interestingly, Marvel vs. Capcom 2 has not been announced for Japan. Capcom didn’t release Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix in the Land of the Rising Sun either.
