BioWare has announced the North American and European launch dates for Mass Effect: Andromeda. On March 21, 2017, the game will launch on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in North America. Two days later, on March 23, 2017, it will arrive in Europe.

In the blog post revealing the release date, BioWare also talked about a studio tradition. Over the holiday break, members of the team took a holiday build of Mass Effect: Andromeda home with them. They would then play as much of these console and PC copies, see how it looked as the first Mass Effect using the Frostbite engine, and put together feedback on the game.

Mass Effect: Andromeda is currently in development for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Players will be a Pathfinder named Ryder and head out into the Andromeda galaxy to find a new home for humanity.
