Bioware and Microsoft aren’t pinching pennies on the voice talent for Mass Effect. They reeled Seth Green of Austin Powers/Robot Chicken fame to play the voice of Joker, the pilot of the Normandy. Keith David, the voice of the Arbiter in Halo 3, takes on the role of Captain David Anderson and Aliens alum, Lance Henriksen, voices Admiral Steven Hackett.
