According to Nintendo of Europe, yes. Their release schedule says Mega Man Zero Collection is due in June.

Capcom USA originally announced the Nintendo DS Mega Man Zero compilation and slated it for summer. That was before Capcom Japan shifted its release date from April 22 to “TBD.” While the release date change may have been just for Japan, Capcom hasn’t said much about Mega Man Zero Collection after announcing it.
Rumored new modes include collectable character cards and an easy scenario mode.
