Both Arrancar and Shinigami appeared during MegaHouse’s latest MegaHobby Special Week 2021 Winter announcements. There will be Bleach Gin Ichimaru, Rangiku Matsumoto, and Ulquiorra figures in the G.E.M. line. While Gin and Rangiku both seem based on their standard looks, Ulquiorra will be in his Resurreccion Seguna Etapa form. Unpainted prototypes of all three appeared.
Both the Gin and Ulquiorra figures have a tentative Summer 2021 release window. Ulquiorra will be about 450mm (almost 18 inches) tall, with much of that due to his wings.

Of the three new MegaHouse Bleach figures, Rangiku is the only one without a release window. However, there are still multiple photos of the prototype and a video showing it off.
The new MegaHouse Bleach figures are in development, with Gin and Ulquiorra on the way in Summer 2021. A new Bleachanime adaptation will appear in 2021 as well.
