Metaphor: ReFantazio Demo Lets Players Use Saves in Full Game

Metaphor: ReFantazio Demo Arrives, Lets Players Carry Progress

A new Prologue Demo for Metaphor: ReFantazio is now available for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC via Steam. The demo will allow players to enjoy the early hours of the game, and progress from the demo will transfer to the full version of Metaphor: ReFantazio.

Atlus also revealed some of the content that players will be able to experience in the new Metaphor: ReFantazio Prologue Demo. Players can enjoy the beginning of the protagonist’s journey to lift the curse of the prince of the United Kingdom of Euchronia. The first four dungeons of the game will be fully explorable, and players will have the ability to unlock 7 of the over 40 Archetypes in the game. Additionally, during the course of the demo there will be 6 followers available to meet.

Furthermore, A 10-minute broadcast delivering plenty of new information appeared as part of Atlus’ latest media briefing. The pre-TGS 2024 broadcast is only available in Japanese, with English closed captions being available via YouTube. Here is the new Metaphor: ReFantazio broadcast:

Atlus also shared that the iconic Shin Megami Tensei and Persona series creature and mascot Jack Frost will appear in the game as one of the demons that an Archetype from the Summoner lineage can summon. However, Jack Frost won’t appear in the demo and will only be featured in the full version of the game.

Metaphor: ReFantazio will release on October 11, 2024 for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC via Steam. The Prologue Demo is now available and progress will carry over to the full version of the game.
