While Crackdown was supposedly an easy ticket into the Halo 3 beta, technical difficulties prevented people who had a copy of Crackdown from accessing the beta when it went live. There is a software update for Crackdown in the downloads section that fixes the problem and to make up for the delay the Halo 3 multiplayer beta will be extended from June 6 to June 10 @ 11:59PM. A few hours of waiting for a few extra days of multiplayer action is a fair deal right?
