Namco Bandai announced Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation, the free to play Gundam game for PlayStation 3, will be localized in another language. The bad news is it’s not English. Namco Bandai Games Taiwan said a Chinese version is in the works and it’s scheduled to come out on March 28.

The Chinese version was made in partnership with Sony Computer Entertainment Asia. This division localizes games like Final Fantasy XIII, Tomb Raider, and the Asia-only PSP RPG Rezelcross into Chinese. Occasionally, SCE Asia handles English localizations too like Aquanaut’s Holiday and Demon’s Souls which helped the game gain popularity in the West before Atlus picked it up.

Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation will be available in the Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan PlayStation Stores.
