Episodes of a Mofusand anime are now airing, with Monster’s Egg’s show appearing on the Qtory YouTube channel, and each one of these will star the cat mascots that frequently appear on different kinds of merchandise and clothing. The character creator Juno is behind the original story for them. The first episode is live now for “early streaming,” and the official site said new ones will appear every Wednesday worldwide starting on January 7, 2026.
The first episode is under a minute long and features no voice acting. It is called “Hungry Outburst.” The star of that one is Shark Meow, the cat wearing a blue shark costume, who is voiced by Yurika Kubo.

A few other Mofusand cats are already confirmed for this adaptation. We know Little Meow, which is a teeny kitten, the cat in a killer whale outfit Orca Meow, the one in a bunny hood Rabbit Meow, and the cat in a small strawberry hat called Strawberry Meow will also appear in the series. Profiles aren’t available for each cat, but the official site did show photos of each one of them in the characters section.
The first Mofusand anime episode is live now, and we’ll start seeing more episodes on January 7, 2026. The merchandise is available at stores worldwide, such as Miniso and Amazon.
