Monster Hunter Generations’ Palicoes Look Good As The Legend Of Zelda’s Link

Recommended Videos

Monster Hunter Generations’ Palicoes are certainly sharp dressed cats. They’re getting a number of cross-over costumes in the latest game, and the latest one links them to a popular hero. Palicoes will be able to dress as The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker’s Link.

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker outfit and weapon will be free DLC for Monster Hunter Generations. The Palico wearing it will have a mask and outfit to wear, as well as a Wind Waker Baton to wield. The Master Sword and shield are purely decorative, appearing on the character’s back.

This isn’t the first time The Legend of Zelda appeared in Monster Hunter. Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate offered Hero’s Armor and Hero’s Sword, Master Sword, Hero’s Bow, and Sacred Bow weapons inspired by the series, as well as a themed Guild Card background. This is the first time a Palico has received a costume inspired by the series.

Monster Hunter Generations will come to the Nintendo 3DS in North America and Europe on July 15, 2016.
